- Our preferred currency for payment is £ sterling. Payment in € euros will also be accepted.
- A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking with the remaining balance due 6 weeks before arrival date.
- Payment is required in full if the booking is made within 6 weeks of the arrival date.
- In case of cancellation, the 50% deposit is non-refundable. Of the remaining balance, only as much will be refunded as is recouped from a replacement booking.
- Short stays accepted but minimum charge as for one week.
- A deposit of 200 euros cash is payable on arrival in exchange for keys.
- NB For each booking, regardless of length, there is in addition a final cleaning charge of £40, payable in advance with the balance of the rent.
- Guests are advised to take out holiday insurance to cover cancellation.
